Cool tattoo. Is it really filled in with that bluish color, or is it an outline?

well, it's an outline, and the bluish color wash indeed a wash, but very very slight. still, since i took the photo directly with the color swap, it was evident, and a lot more evident after a simple contrast enhancement

its good everything reflects everything i like that but the picture can be better if its all black and white and you missed one spot at the top of her head i can see the sky color, be careful when you edit the picture, you will use to it its a matter of time,, best of luck in your photography :)
