Artist's Comments
the title is not related to my personal life happenings;
It is more or less the feeling I have that there is something inside me that I need to give birth to, and the constant fear that maybe it has died already. That 'something' waiting to be born may refer to art or simply values of empathy, love, etc. Instead of growing in me in time, I feel as if they are and have always been at a dead level. for full-resolution previews please go here: [link] for sale on [link] |

i wish i can express my feelings like this, in any form
--
well, i kind of know the feeling, that goes for art and love. both unforfilled or incomplete unsatisfied parts of life from wich some will never end up to be completed.
Very interesting techniche you use here. it as a bit of a keith haring feel to it

Rot in your own way.
of course, that feeling can even be considered a definition of 'creation'/'creativity'. I could never make a clear distinction between art and life, nor do I want to. However, this time the feeling has something primitive, organic, animalic, BRUTE....that I cannot match with my life, nor with my art. Nothing unsatisfying or incomplete, just the sensation that some 'thing' is digging into my stomach. Could use an incredible lot of citations and pages for it, next time perhaps.
More works to come, some already finished but not uploade. Stay tuned!
P.S: I just saw your journal. That was a strange feeling, never knew you thank me! I'm also glad you know bogdantzigan, we are good friends (in RL as well).
